The masterclass takes place in a warm and genuine environment, where you will be guided by expert hands in the art of kneading and handcrafting.
You will discover the secrets of the ferretto, learn to shape the fusilli according to the ancient Orsomarsese technique, and listen to anecdotes and tales related to this pasta that has received the De.C.O. (Municipal Denomination of Origin) recognition and the national mark “Sagra di Qualità”. But the experience doesn’t stop here.

After preparing the product, you will be taken on a discovery of the village of Orsomarso, through stone alleys, panoramic views, and small architectural treasures that speak of a suspended time.
The journey also includes a visit to the picturesque water mill of the village, a symbol of a farming past that endures in the present and a testament to the deep connection between the land, water, and flour that becomes fusillo.
The experience will conclude with a tasting of the fusilli with their typical ragù.
